My credentials are not allowing me to log in.

If you are having a problem logging into the app and have your correct credentials, please refer to some potential solutions below.


Potential Solutions:

  1. Ensure you are not mistyping your password. Double check characters exactly, and case sensitivity, and retry your password. Be sure to click the "eye" icon in the right side of the password field to show your password as you type to ensure it's correct.
  2. Check the email address - ensure you are using the same email address that your organization's administrator or HR Department used to setup your user.
  3. If the previous steps don't get you signed-in, you can always use the self-password reset feature on the Login screen.
