Once you’ve set up your Baseline, you are free to start using the FCV Sentinel app as often as you wish with just one limitation. For more information about the FCV Score that results from a FCV Check, please see this article.
Note:
The FCV Sentinel app is designed so that you don’t FCV Check more frequently than every 30 minutes. This is simply to ensure that you don’t fatigue your vocal cords by submitting a FCV Check too frequently.
