What does it mean when I encounter an error screen?

There could be several reasons why you're receiving an error result. These reasons include:

• Accidentally covering the microphone with a thumb or finger
• Holding the phone too close to your mouth (closer than 12 inches)
• Leaving a great deal of silence before and after your cough in your recording
• Talking, laughing or having other background noise present
